I was told to sit in stillness. in silence. the most difficult i ever felt. to sit in stillness. in this world where everything is so fast forwarded and here i am being told to pause and sit.

i watched video of ekhort – and stillness meditation. i learnt the first lesson is to get back in power over your thoughts and feelings

to get back in power of your thoughts, is to be able to direct where your awareness goes.

keep your awarenes at one place. we can direct attetnion . we dont have to be at mercy of whatever comes in our mind.

this has to be done so that – you are becoming a new you. so that nothing old buildz back into form.
